After AARP is an F for fasting. While developing this site my flesh would run rampant sometimes worse than others. While praying is good we often need some extra devotion. Our struggle is not against the flesh but against spiritual rulers. Through those areas, I struggle with completely submitting to God fast and free from the burden of self. Long story short I did not mention the Fast because I didn't know the power in it but there is definitely Power in fasting that we should exercise often. This site goes great with fasting because it heightens our awareness of our motives. agendas. intentions, and God's love.
